“JUNGLIA” THEME PARK, BUBUKSAN SA OKINAWA
The 60-hectare area we aim to open in the first phase will feature dozens of attractions, entertainment, and resort experiences. For example, there is a sightseeing experience where you can board a hot air balloon and enjoy a 360-degree view of the jungle and the emerald green sea, a zipline where you can experience the experience of flying freely over a vast jungle, a facility where you can enjoy meals while admiring the spectacular view, and an impressive armored car. It will feature attractions such as a safari ride where you can escape from carnivorous dinosaurs.
The fee structure is expected to be a one-day ticket system in which a fee is charged for the admission itself, but more valuable experience services that require a separate fee will also be considered. It is expected that the stay will be at least half a day.
Kenji Kato, CEO of Japan Entertainment (Nago City), which operates the theme park, looks ahead to the future, saying, “We are looking to expand into multiple locations around the world, and will accumulate know-how in Junglia, Okinawa.” He said, “I want to contribute to the development of Okinawa and Japan’s tourism while working together with the local community to open the business.”
