EL NIDO’S HIDDEN BEACH RANKED 3RD IN THE “WORLD’S BEST BEACHES TOP 50”

El Nido’s Hidden Beach ranked 3rd in the “World’s Best Beaches 50” list announced by pharmaceutical company Banana Boat.

The Hidden Beach in Palawan, Philippines was evaluated based on five criteria: natural beauty, swimability, annual sunshine hours, average annual temperature, and remoteness. Surrounded by steep limestone cliffs, the Hidden Beach is not visible from the mainland. It can only be accessed by small boats through narrow gaps or by swimming.

The evaluation praised the beach as a unique paradise, with its crystal-clear shallow waters surrounded by untouched nature, white sand, and majestic limestone cliffs.

Additionally, boasting an average temperature of 27.2 degrees Celsius and an impressive 231 days of sunshine per year, the beach’s high accessibility, with 90% of its area designated as swim-friendly, was also recognized.The top spot in the overall ranking went to Lucky Bay in Australia, known for having the whitest sandy beach.

The second place was awarded to Anse Source d’Argent Beach in the Seychelles, an archipelago consisting of 115 islands and often referred to as the “Pearl of the Indian Ocean.”The “World’s Best Beaches 50” list is determined based on votes and opinions from hundreds of travel influencers, journalists, travel agents, editors, and others.
