  • Turon – A type of Filipino snack. It is also called deep-fried banana rolls or banana lumpia. A typical Filipino meryenda and dessert

 

  • Pinoy Spaghetti Filipino Spaghetti is the Pinoy version of Spaghetti with meat sauce. This version has a sweet tomato based sauce with lots of meat

 

  • Carbonara –Filipino Carbonara is more of a pasta Alfredo with bacon. It is richer and creamier than the traditional version. This is attributed to the use of heavy cream

 

  • Pansit Bihon –Pancit Bihon Guisado is a Filipino stir-fried noodle dish with meat, shrimp, and veggies. Perfect for everyday meals and special occasions!

 

  • Pancit Canton –Filipino Pancit Canton is the perfect one-pot meal for family dinners or special occasions. Made with wheat noodles and assorted meat and vegetables.

 

  • Bananacue- Bananacue is term used to call fried skewered plantains cooked with brown sugar.

 

  • Pinoy Burger –Filipino style Beef Burger hold a melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese surprise for each satisfying mouthful.  Serve with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings. You can also add your favorite toppings like crunchy bacon, fried egg, caramelized onions or just hot sauce.

 

  • Footlong Sandwich -Footlong Hotdog Sandwich with Coleslaw · Our favorite classic merienda.. · Pan-grill hotdogs until cooked. · Put the hotdogs in bun, add cheese and coleslaw.

 

  • Ginataang Bilo-Bilo – Ginataang bilo bilo is a simplified version of ginataang halo-halo, prepared sans the saba bananas and sweet potatoes. Like the latter, this simple concoction of glutinous balls, mini sago pearls and jackfruit strips is also widely enjoyed as a dessert or midday snack.

 

  • Biko Malagkit -Biko/ Malagkit is a delicious gluten-free recipe from the Philippines. Made with three basic ingredients – sticky rice, coconut milk, and brown sugar this easy Filipino sticky rice dessert tastes divine.

 

  • Carioca -Carioca are sweet chewy ball-shaped treats that can be enjoyed as dessert or snack, these are made from sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour can also be used) and sweetened shredded coconuts.
